I've seen an H2 back there. If he can get there without breaking a tie rod, a stock Taco should be ok. Hehehe

any interest in getting a group together to go see Baby Driver at the theater tonight or tomorrow night, in addition to noms and brews?

I wanted to see it when I saw the previews. My movie buff friend said it was fantastic and its got hella high ratings on rotten tomatoes.

My pops is visiting Tucson for the first time so I'm gonna take him out wheeling on a day trip local to the area. myself and 2 other rigs (3 total) are planning to run Chiva Falls on Saturday. We have room for 2, maybe 3 more rigs (our trail lead wants to keep it to a small, capable group). If anyone is interested, PM me and I'll get you details! :)

I did go! The falls were a steady but small stream. Small enough that the wind could blow the entirety of the stream. I'd be interested in a camping trip

That's what I figured, was hoping for one last good rain and go right after but it's looking pretty clear. I was thinking cars and coffee meet then go but since @Taylor@KC HiLiTES is busy and I wanna ask him all about his Alaska experience perhaps we could plan for the next weekend, October 20-22nd

Has anyone had any luck getting either Precision or Desert to price match parts from any of the cheaper online OEM parts dealers?

Good luck with that, desert Toyota has definitely given me better prices though. The owner of precision used to be my soccer coach and precision used to be a customer of mine and I still can't catch a break there

Anyone know a tire shop in town that will patch a side wall gash? Any chain I talk to wont touch sidewall damage. I'd like to keep this tire around the garage as a spare in a pinch. I already have a new tire to swap on to keep on the truck.

Try one of the Mexican tire shops. They will usually do shit that most shops won't touch. But if it's a gash and not just a puncture than you might be sol

That's what I was expecting coming into this, but its worth a shot to salvage. Mexican tire shops are the shit, I had one I used in Atlanta that was awesome. Do you know any notable ones around here you'd recommend? Otherwise I may just start keeping my eyes peeled as I drive around haha

I'd say just keep it with you and and when you see one just stop and ask. I can't really recommend any particular one.
