    ...and like I said, I could be wrong on that after all, it was 7 years ago that I did my swap. Thanks for clearing that up.

    As for the dust shield, I removed them entirely. They would not work with my SAS anyway.

    One more thing, when I purchased the Tundra calipers (from a wrecker), I made sure to also include the caliper mounting bolts from the donor truck. They are slightly shorter than the Tacoma bolts. I think the mounting flange is thinner on the Tundra caliper, so the Tacoma bolts may bottom out.

    I used the Tacoma caliper bolts on my 13WL swap. No issues.

    Thats good to know.

    I read, in an earlier thread, that at least one person had the stock bolts bottom out and not secure the caliper properly. I used the 13WL bolts without even trying the stock bolts. Just wanted be sure it worked.

    I wonder if using an aftermarket caliper rather than OEM, or maybe the 13WG or 13WE caliper is the difference.

    Interesting. I bought OEM Tundra 13WL from the dealership and used the stock Tacoma bolts without issue. Maybe certain years the bolts changed length?

    Same here no issue with bolts. I believe the bolt holes go clear thru.

    Yes the bolt holes are threaded all the way through the caliper mounts. If your truck is really rusty, the end of the bolt holes that was not previously used will be somewhat corroded and may be difficult to thread into with the longer tacoma bolts.

    I'm almost 100% sure I used stock Tacoma bolts because I didn't have anything else. Until this thread, I had never even thought about it...

    You need 16 inch wheels. I don't know of any 15s fitting

    16in wheels and they barely fit with all the wheel weights on the inside.

    Stick on weights on the inside are close. You may have to move them in or out away from close spots.

    You don't need to use a drill press. I didn't. Since there is already a hole in the banjo bolt to begin with, it's kind of hard to f*ck it up.
