    Front long travel custom: king 10" CO, solid lowers, fabbed spindle, heimed everything ect. Rear still in progress, waiting to be put on: bilstein 9100s, T100 axle. Stock 3.4 engine, 4.30 gears.
    Ok, didn't realize it was a 4 runner, my bad

    Yes now I see. The post I read was based off i 4runner

    You don't need to cut anything. Just bend the dust shield back some.

    $500.00 project 04 TRD 4x4 Lifted 4runner Stock Tacoma TRD Lifted 94 FZJ80 Stock 95 FZJ80
    Toytec Boss kit & OME leafs, 231mm tundra brakes SCS wheels...
    I had to do a little trimming of the backing plates to clear my 231's. I used a cutoff wheel as tacomataco2 mentioned. I also did this upgrade to my 4runner but on that i used the smaller 199 calipers, no trimming required with those.

    Well look at the photo I posted, I guess I could grind the spindle slightly but not a cut off wheel. I had to grind to fit the stock ones, I guess I just need to try and fit to see.

    Is the inner diameter different? If so maybe I have more room than I thought. I'm not worried about the wheels or dust shield just spindle
