So the more work I put into this long arm setup, the more I want to try something out first before I go into fully fabricating all my parts. I ended up buying the lower uniball adapter from the Camburg tundra long travel kit to see what work would be needed to use the factory tundra knuckle. I of course foresee that the upper arm will be in the incorrect location and steering arm location will not be optimal. Only one way to find out. I still want to do the jarm and change the shock location. The coil rub due to the steering drives me absolutely nuts.

Still haven't decided on wheels yet. Not many good options for tundra. I was originally thinking the rock warrior wheels but don't really want to pay 2k for wheels I'll end up scratching up and due to the offset limits my options for adjusting width front and rear. I might just go with a set of beadgrip methods. Don't want to deal with beadlocks

I think that's what I'll end up going with. They're simple and fair priced for what they are. I think they would do the job.

I need to start a conversation with RCV. It would be nice to be able to use the same style input for the front diff but not sure if they would be able to make a custom shorter intermediate shaft. If they can, it would definitely simplify things.

You could also reach out to JD Fab and send in some tundra outers and have them build you some 934s.

Haha, maybe later on. The larger rotor will already be a significant upgrade.

With the ADD tube, the tundra diff is 70.8lbs. Tacoma was 89lbs as config shown in picture.

It's tight. Contact in multiple areas. Some clearancing of the crossmember would allow the diff to come down a bit.

It's tight, but honestly doesn't look all that bad fitment wise.

I'm hoping clearancing the xmbr will be enough but we'll see. I don't really know how I'm going to cut and weld a section in there with it being so tight.

More ideas are coming to me as I work through the susepnsion side. I have the JD Fab lower pivots so I have additional wiggle room as far as LCA mounting width. Depending on where the knuckle pivot lands, I'm curious if a tundra LCA would fit. More specially a camburg LCA from their long travel kit. If it does fit and the uniball is in a similar position or better yet more forward or longer, then maybe they would sell me a bare lca from their kit. I also thought about asking for a bare version of the fabricated knuckle as well. Although, I could make it work, a new UCA will need to be made. I may as well shorten the knuckle at that point. I need to find a tundra to measure the LCA.

Also, does anyone have experience with King or Fox's IBP coilover? I'm thinking about switching. Maybe going to a 3.0
