Probably, and all the Texas Pride trailer listings have customized options so i could probably get them to do it. I need to see if i can find stuff locally since I don't really want to drive to tx.

Thats actually a pretty nice trailer. I might could swing a TW Express for ya when we make our next trip to denver in the coming months if you buy a trailer from texas and its local to DFW, which most trailer manufacturers are.

Thanks, I'll be on the lookout.

Made sure the wipers weren't stuck, and still only have a passenger wiper working... Lovely. :frusty:

Google says other Tundra have had loose driver side bolts so the gears aren't meshing... Hopefully that's it

He sure is... he was lying over there and left when I did that.

Underpriced... had a past title issue on the lot being purchased with cash. So $460k, but could've easily went for $500k now. Looking for lots for the next one right now...been sending letters to property owners.

And... heading to Denver to go shopping.

3 bed, 2 bath with walkout unfinished basement. 2 acres. No garage but next one will probably get one.

I'll also be putting more of my two cents on the next one so maybe a little more custom stuff.

Think it might even be cheaper than i recalled! Had a few buyers wanting it when it got listed.

    https://www.redfin.com/CO/Fairplay/3314-High-Creek-Rd-80440/home/112362130

Listed it prior to being finished... Won't do that again since the buyers then think it's a custom home and they can put their two cents in and custom requests.

Got the site plan updated with stuff needed for the permit so I'll get the driveway and septic permits in for now.

I guess I never understood what you did for a living. Do you buy properties to build houses on and then sell them? Or do property owners just hire you to build them a house to either live in or for the purposes of flipping their property?

    Just work colfax!

I used to just do finish carpentry in the gentrification hotspot of Denver. Mainly the insane lack of quality of the $800k+ houses i was doing was what pushed me from that. It's just sad what people will overlook and not care about from all sides of the process.

Currently doing a bit of everything including spec houses. And as soon as my house is done I'll start on another. Biggest issue right now is availability of (quality) labor.
