Quick little job we did last week. Stairs out front, graded out a path along the deck, a bunch of boulder walls, pavers, excavated for the wood fired tub and built and installed that yesterday in the snow. Fun project, and cool hot tub.

    CO

    :D

Unfortunately he only accepts a single loan shark financing company (rates start at 21%). So Im waiting to hear back from another company so I can see if they are "low maintenance" enough for him to accept. They also have a navy blue one and a charcoal.

I was kinda leaning towards a 5x10 since they are cheaper, but then realized that those are different "trim" levels which dont come with ramps and arent meant for putting any equipment. And the lengths dont make much of a difference in the same trim level, so might end up with 12 or 14ft one.

I was debating on going with a cheaper dump so I could also snag a flatbed equipment trailer, but being able to put the equipment in would make a real difference... drop equipment off at the site then go fill it up instead of having to drag two trailers over in that scenario.

Yeah, comes with ramps, tarp, interstate battery with trickle charger and 110v plug, scissor lift and the combo rear door. Thats the other perk of the larger ones... smaller ones dont have the combo door which I would probably use quite a bit.

Yeah... just a pain dealing with the financing. Called Wells Fargo, and they understood what kind of trailer and told me to fill out an auto loan application. Then called back and said nopers, only option is personal loan. Thanks, after you ran a hard check on my credit.. assholes.

Im good to go at another dealer, but they want slightly more and only offer boring black with same options.

Many wont do trailers... which is the issue. Bellco said no. Found an online place that said they did but from CA the store said they might be a pain with the whole lack of a title, since they come with a certificate of origination? And I cant get back in contact with them. But Bank of the West seems promising, on the phone now.

Yup.. they said they did trailers, but wasn't sure about the Certificate of Origination deal, which it seems new trailers in CO come with. So waiting on a call back and she said it likely takes 24 hours for approval so no snagging it today. But hopefully its a go... if not I'll probably have to suck it up for the black one at the other dealer. :(

Building another one as soon as we secure a lot! Likely in the same neighborhood since its a great location/perks and the HOA and building inspectors are all about our work.

yeah, I definitely want the color...if I got stuck with black I would likely give it a paint job when I got bored. BotW called back and got the app started, so should hear back this afternoon.

Thanks, it'll be the same footprint, probably leave the basement as is since its still conditioned, clean and usable space that can be used by the owner as they please, but I'll be putting my foot down for a garage. May be branching out to do some metal 'barndominiums' like what I'm building for myself with another investor as well.

Just got an email that my loan was approved through Wells Fargo... Uhhh did you forget about the phone call this morning when you said you didn't do trailers? :frusty: Did you open an additional checking account for me without permission as well? WTF

Yeah, no garage is just cray cray!

I wish... they are clowns. BotW will hopefully pull through. It'd be awesome to get done today but doubting it and he's trying to get it all done without me having to go to the branch.

I don’t care if my truck sits outside, hell I’ve never washed the damn thing and never do, but my interior is always clean and tidy. So don’t care if it resides outside but my wife damn sure ain’t about to let her baby sit out there.

They gonna use DocuSign for ya? I’ve bout my last 5-6 vehicles through DocuSign process I love it
