Not sure.. I dont mind having to drive over when its approved since its on the way to get it, but didn't want to drive over just for the application. I closed on the lot with DocuSign... was perfect. Nice and quick and no time wasted, never had to go to the title company.

Certificate of origination is the builders title. Or some crap like that. It’s the same as a title, just have to take that into the dmv and they will issue a title for it. You’ll also have to pay the taxes there at the dmv. When we bought new motorcycles they came with a certificate of origination.

Good ole Wells Fargo.. back at it.

I call them to see if they finance dump trailers the other day when i was shopping. They understand exactly what it is, not an RV, not a home, a dump trailer. Yeah they said, fill out an auto loan app.

Call next day after conditional approval since the vehicle section was blank.. oh we don't finance trailers, you'd have to try for a different loan. So you provided me the wrong info, thanks, i clearly don't need the auto loan.

Then i get an email the next day.. my auto loan request was approved. Clearly they didn't get in trouble enough for opening accounts for people without permission. :frusty:

Working on taxes.... so much fun!

Have to roll over to sign the PW for the financing but dealer isn't there until Monday so I guess I'll have to roll down there next week.

$50k approval happens overnight for a truck

Yet $6k approval for secured trailer loan takes a week and they are still fucking around.

    :annoyed:. Patience is running thin.

Not for work... Screw that. Need write offs man.

I should've done personal but figured a secured loan would be easier. Live and learn.

Kill time all day, bank of the West tells me they'll be ready by noon (after being told they'd be ready this morning).

No dice, fax over everything, waiting, they call and say check is ready, come in and sign the documents, get the check for the trailer.

I drive over and "oh yeah, we don't actually have them, it's not going to be today."

So fuck Bank of the West.

The dealer doesn't do on site financing and only deals with one "lender" that starts at 21% interest.

So i have to bring my own....

I was approved in 15 minutes at Parker Trailer while there, but price is $1k more and it's black instead of tan.

At this point, I'm holding on mainly for the cool guy at the trailer place or i would've walked and just got the one at Parker. But I'm not willing to run another credit check at this point for the stupid thing which is why I'm hoping these dumb fucks can do their paper pushing job correctly.

They told me it'd be ready next day on Thursday, then asked for the invoice on Friday which they got at 9am, and said that was good for Monday (today). Called on my way over and he said they wanted the certificate of origin, but could have it done by noon... And here i sit. Now they are saying tomorrow. Heard that before fuckface!

Anyone have a good suggestion for a small business bank/credit Union.

Preferably one that knows how to do loan PW?

Clearly my mistake was going with a secured loan vs a personal loan and "leasing" it to the company.

Not thrilled, but not much i can do. The people at the branch are doing everything they can including offering to meet me somewhere to sign the docs if/when they get them.

The issue is with the underwriters in Nebraska who keep changing stuff they need and not communicating with the branch.

    Tomorrow!

Truck still hasn't been washed although i was tempted to do it today, so they should match well.

That freaking hitch ball combo was expensive. Didn't expect to spend $90. :spending:
