Nice I'll check it out later tonight. Greenhouse will probably be waiting... I need to get the house in. And I've already missed the start of the season.

Other thing I've started to realize... Greenhouse is a lot of effing work. And with my want to travel as soon as the house is done, greenhouse might end up being smaller than planned.

Re-plant in the paved roads? They seem to love it there...

    Replant in my future forest.

Roads where grass is between your tires should be the only roads...

Another day of hauling gravel and finishing the septic. Good news is I'll be able to call in for the pre-fill inspections and be a little closer.

On the home front... I'm heavily leaning towards going back to a standard wood framed house/garage to start. I wanted the steel for ease and it being inexpensive.

But if I'm going with wood, might as well build something that looks nice vs a big metal box. So probably leaning towards something with a modern look but not too "miami." I like the modern since it's simple and can look a bit nicer than a simple rectangle house that'll end up looking like a modular.

I like this plan, simple, open, easy to add a garage to the right side, and I'll modify it a little as well.

Nah, no need. That'll just entice more shit hoarding.

Only thing i need extra of is garage space. I think I'll do the lift in the attached 3 car garage, but I'll surely be building another garage when the house is finished.

I live in Tornado Alley so basement is in the top three of things required in a house for me.

Yeah not much of that where I'm at, at least your size ones.

I do want to have a hidden bunker just because so we'll see about that.

No need to show us where, but do shows us the inside if you do build one. A bunker is something I'd love to have, but probably won't be able to afford one.

I'm not sure what I'd use one for. I really like the idea of an in floor fridge so i might find a way to make that work.

You could always just bury a shipping container or two as far as bunkers go. An in floor fridge? This is what comes to mind lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrOP8uU4kmA

Yup bury something. In floor fridge... The ground stays cold enough that you have a fridge without worrying about power.

Geothermal is another thing I'll be tinkering with but that'll be after house is done.
