Considering getting a tune for my 2020 TRD OR, just wanting better shifting and a bit more snappy of a truck. It's pretty much stock at the moment may do a small lift and bigger tires 275s in the future. What tunes do y'all recommend?

I’ve been extremely happy with the KDMax tune.

Work with a Local tuner that is in your area. Talk to the customers that has their tunes and go from there.

So far overland tailor has been the one worked the best with my rig. Unfortunately these canned tunes aren’t a one size fits all, some play nicer than others. Most of your local tuners will work with you to get you into a tune that works best with your setup/driving style.
