No need to proactively replace coil packs, they don't fail very often.
Get you a set of the correct Denso plugs and coil boots if needed from your local auto parts store or Rock Auto, if you find you have oil in the spark plug tubes it's time for valve cover gaskets.

Also clean your throttle body and maybe your MAF sensor while your there.

See if you have any local dealers who sell online through parts.toyota.com. A lot of them will offer a significant discount (30% or more!) on there. If so, just order online and pick them up locally. If not, just order from any non-local dealer offering a discount and have them shipped (Toyota has been running a free shipping promo all summer for orders over $75). Plus, going this route you don't have to worry about getting counterfeit OEM parts.

    ^This.

Get them on rockauto. You can get OEM parts without the Toyota brand on them which will make them cheaper.

No need for coil packs? guess I wont then, ill do air filter, maybe PCV valve? and I let the dealer do oil change, they are actually pretty reasonable for that at least

Counterfeit plugs are out there so if you chase the cheapest price, you could end up with some. Like mine from Amazon.

You should be fine with any other reputable parts monger.

    Still figuring it out…
I got all my tune up parts from my closet dealership, Joel confer Toyota, they were the cheapest by far for oem parts and I know they aren’t counterfeit.
