I was setting up my new tire wheel package, the wheels and tires are about $1100 total and I figured a couple hundred more bucks for the install and other stuff, but when I got the invoice it said $2700, that was because of the $50 lug nuts, all 26 came in at $1200, do I have to pay this much for tuner lug nuts or can I use the stock ones?
    (Wheel: ultra extreme x-lok 16"
    Tire: cooper discovery at2 265/75/16)

Run away from that shop. A good set of lug nuts will run you $100 for an entire set or less. Mount and balance should run you $100 or less as well.

$50 lug nuts must be solid gold.

Its a mistake. Even titanium lug nuts are less.

Mine were 80 but I didn't have a choice at the time :pout: SURELY it is a mistake, or maybe he wanted to see if you would pay it? I would bring it to his attention and if they're serious, laugh in their face.
