    Sounds good. Keep researching the stuff. Water is great, but combine that with a bit of methanol and you have liquid magic. Adds noticeable power even on NA trucks but doubly effective with you air heating S/C. Progressive controller is the best way to go no doubt but not necessary. You can experiment with nozzle sizes and meth content.

    So today was a chilly day, 45 dgress, and rain, I decided to give the truck a good running with the 2" pulley.
    It ran fantastic, tons of power and had no pinging at all probably because of the low temp and wet conditions.
    So this makes me think I'm right on the boulder line with dealing with a ping issue with the 2" pulley.
    if I keep the stock ECU and get larger injectors, do you know how much larger in size I can go up?
    without having to do the piggy back thing. I know URD sells the complete kit with injectors that are
    I think 360 or so, but you get the piggy back to help flow more fuel. If I keep my ECU stock can I go up
    to 360 or should I look for a smaller size 300? if you might know this Question? I really want to stay stock with the original ECU, 525,000 miles and never had a problem.
    My stock injector are somewhere around 240 I think.
    I'm going to take the truck in to a shop that can run some tests on it to see where
    it stands with the air fuel ratio in 2 weeks

    Original 240cc/min. I belive the ECU can somewhat deal with the 305cc/min in the non turbo supra injector. You DO NOT want too large an injector. Your ECU can trim some fuel from the LTFT, but if it's maxes out it'll throw a rich code and go to open loop and you'll have terrible driveability and mileage. Even with 305s you'll lose the ability of your ECU to trim fuel when you change altitudes and air densities and temperature, etc etc. You'll always be pushing well into the negative fuel trims. It can work though- I've seen it.

    I feel like you are really pushing your luck though. 2.1 pulley with a ~40% methanol injection (-20 fluid and 2 bottles of heet) will probably yield you as good of results as the 2.0 with no fuel mods. And it's so much safer. Just a hunch.

    I contacted Rodney at ProMeth, and he said they have a stage one kit that they will customize for
    my truck and appiclation, pulley size, boost, altitude, etc, so I ordered a 2.05" steel pulley,( all those
    URD pulleys totally wear out after 30,000 miles and conduct a ton of heat to the snout seal
    as they are made of soft conductive metal, you think this setup would be a good choice and is under 400.00?
    He recommends an adjustable boost valve that can be set at 4 pounds or what ever boost that Works best for the system for my truck
