Looks to me to be pretty nicely done. With the wg entering the dp at a 90* angle it will Probably create some restriction. May be super significant in your end result depending on your goals with the set up. Maybe some of the turbo guys on here can comment on your work with better input.

To be honest. I say grind the welds, get the down pipe where you need it, and tack it in place. At the same time fix the wastegate dump tube to have more of a steeper re-entry angle into the the downpipe.

Otherwise it will create a back pressure against the flow of the downpipe's exhaust.

You'll be fine with the low boost stuff. You might start getting issues around 8-10psi.

Ideal is to enter the exhaust as close to parallel with the flow. Worst case you can dump it as a screamer.

Thanks everyone for the input I'll probably try it like it is on low boost just to get started and then reconstruct later and i'm going to stay below 7psi with no intercooler

On second thought I better fix the wastegate pipe first

The wastegate angle into the dump pipe, like others have said, isn't the best but should be ok. But I'm late and it seems like you're gonna change it :D Nice build! You could always just dump into atmo;)

Are you gonna do meth? Not needed but I'm told it makes a big difference

Also I aint no welding expert but your welds seem a bit cold, I don't know what you're working with but amping up the heat can make a big difference :D

Angle that dangle, like everyone has recommended already lol

And is the downpipe touching the header?

Sucks having to cut that pipe and then patch it and re-weld right under it but probably worth it
    yes it is

You want to promote flow towords the end of the down pipe. If you have turbulance at that intersection, you may have problems controlling boost.

Good first try at this. Thin wall tubing is a pain to do with a flux core. You probably won't have any issues with the welds for a while as long as you aren't putting any stress on the pipes from the hangers.

I still suck at mig welding thin tubes and my welder is a pretty good one. A good tip I've learned. Tack every 90 degrees around the tube. Weld in 90 degree phases. Say 12 to 3. Take a break to let the pipe cool down. Weld 6 to 9. Take a break. Prevents holes being blown through. I haven't tried it yet, but my buddy said to try .025" wire. You aren't dumping so much heat into the metal and keeping the heat more localized. Just something to try if you are welding with some scrap ends. A good tig welder would fix all our diy problems.
