I HIGHLY recommend re routing that oil line, but especially the MAF wire loom. Being that close to the turbine housing, will damage the wires.

As far as the oil line what would be the best route to go?

IMG_5507.jpg IMG_5506.jpg IMG_5504.jpg Ok ready for first start I'm a bit nervous about the vacuum lines. On the vacuum block the main line is tied into the intake and brake booster. From the vacuum block one line goes to the BOV, one line goes to the wastegate on the side one, line goes to the boost gauge the other line on the wastegate I think it's a vent it comes out of the top

You need to cap off the vac connection on the side of the TB that goes to the front part of the valve cover. Otherwise you'll put boost into your crank case and blow oil out of your oil cap. You can either put a breather filter on your valve cover or connect it to a vac only source. I teed mine into the vac system that hooks up the the Intake pre turbo. I had read online somewhere that the backs cover needs a small amt of vac. That why I did it that way

That's the thing I got the EMG USA tail wastegate off eBay all the springs were the same color somewhere different sizes than others and different rates you could feel some more weaker than others and I just put a combination that I could barely push in

I have the manual boost controller I'm thinking about installing that tomorrow and putting the weakest spring in the wastegate and see how that does
