Anyone on here has or have had a turbokit on there truck for a while?
I recently had a custom turbo kit built/ installed on my 2014 / 4.0, curious on any advice on experience or what to expect in the long run, or if any internals need to be upgraded,,, it's at 8psi, and don't plan to go anymore in the future

Do not increase the RPMs. Or your rods will fail quickly. Keep the timing conservative, or your ring lands will crack.

Basically the 3 first upgrades are rods, pistons, and head studs.

What are you using for tuning?

Have you upgraded the fuel pump yet?

My last truck i has the Trd Supercharger/ retuned with Hp tuner as well and fuel upgrades .... I ran that sucker like a dog with no issues for over 10 years .. but i have a gut feeling i need to invest in some things with this kit,,, thanks again for the heads up... I had the pistons and compression adjustment in mind, but not the other things

An intercooler or some water methanol injection to lower intake temps would be a solid upgrade imo
