    I havent seen too many near me, seen some pheasant chicks about 1.5 miles from my house. They were funny taking off and trying to fly but they didnt have all their flight wing feathers yet. so they looked goofy.

    So, I’ve seen a lot of those but, do you just screw that into the Cartlidge on back or is there another more secure way, it doesn’t weigh a lot.

    the fan? I think it was spread out then it looks like JB weld on the feather quill points, once it was dried then drill holes and screw down. I had this done when I was in TX at a taxidermist I knew. I didnt have my own tools to mess with it at the time.

    I've never seen a taxidermist cut spurs off like that. I would have been pissed. He should have left the spurs on the leg bones. Otherwise, that's a nice display.

    i like nuggets, seasoned flour, egg wash and deep fry. If its an older bird I tenderize the nuggets prior to the flour egg wash.

    last batch. i made MarPo tofu. it was unbelievable and my wife loved it.

    Larb Gai, a thai chicken salad using the wild turkey is fantastic as well.

    i find the wild bird meat dryer...so both recipies hide it well.
