    Ya it’s an 870 super mag that I fitted with magpul stuff (SGA stock and MOE fore end)

    anyone ever see hen turkey with beards? Ive seen a couple out here. Saw one today had a 4inch beard no spurs and looked just like the other hens. There was a yearling tom and he had spurs and a red head. So I know it wasnt a tom.

    yeah its weird to see them. Ive also seen a couple whitetail doe with a small spike nub.

    Thanks, it had about a 10" beard but the girth was huge. I normally take my shotgun shell that I kill with and cut the plastic off and glue the beard in the brass. But there is noway this one will fit

    Not sure of the weight but I've killed several north of 20lbs and this sucker was as big as any I've killed. Almost 10" beard and 1 1/8" spurs

    I do the same thing except for this one it’s the longest beard I got so far at 10 1/2”s

    had one gobbling this morning sounded like he was hoarse from gobbling and could barely gobble. Came in to about 40yds but I didnt have a chance to shoot him.

    Returned from my business trip on Friday. Setup my blind and decoy stakes on Saturday. Got it done this morning within the first half hour....it was an awesome morning and definitely worth the wait!!
