    I have 2000 V6 SR5.

When I bought it, the turn signals didn't work at all. After replacing the front 2 bulbs (not LED bulbs) they work fine, but they hyperflash.

The only things I can think of are that maybe the rear turn signals are running LEDs, or maybe the aftermarket stereo head is causing this? There is what appears to be an aftermarket trailer wiring setup in the back that might also be causing this? Maybe I should just upgrade the electronic flasher relay?

Any ideas or wisdom on this is appreciated. Thanks!

Hyperflash is generally associated with a burnt out bulb. Are all the lights lighting? If so, then you might have an LED on your hands.

try swapping the bulbs for one another. I had hyperflash issue last year, despicte running no LEDs anywhere on my truck.

Switched the bulbs out just to see and the problem ended up being a bad bulb. Was not burnt out or anything, it was lighting up normally when tried on the reverse lights, but whenever it was put back on the blinkers it would cause them to hyperflash. Something must have been shorted inside the bulb, I don't know

if it's not your bulbs and you have no LEDs, I would say it is the trailer wiring. These controllers sometimes do funky things to lights

Swapped out the bulbs one at a time and it fixed it. Must have been the same problem. Thanks guys!
