Turn Signal issue (no LED)

Tried searching the forum before posting, if I missed an existing thread I apologize.
To start with, I have a Tacoma 2010 stock Pre Runner TRD 4x2. The issue started about a week or so, turn signal indicator started clicking fast when engaging the left turn. Figured bulb(s) we’re out, checked but driver side rear was flashing just fast. Went to automotive store and bought new bulbs, verified Sylvania selector with store and replaced both rear indicator bulbs.
Tested and same problem, a few days later after much distraction with other things, now driver’s side front and rear parking/turn signal bulbs out.
Could this be turn signal relay issue? Haven’t checked fuses as this happened last night but want to see if this is DIY or need to make an appointment with mechanic. Outside of bulb, fuse and perhaps relay anything else may require more knowledge and more tools that I don’t own.
