Turn signal issue

    Anyone know what could cause this...my driver side turn signal bulb is not on when headlights are on. Passenger side is. Drivers side works fine as a signal or daytime running light, but not on when headlights are on.

    lubricated fuel door hinge
    bad bulb, bad connection, bad fuse, squirrels ate your wiring, blinker fluid low.
