    Bad connections can cause arcing which causes voltage spikes so check the connections at the bulb & module.

    It's all 2012 original Taco lights. Module seems fine. Can't seem to find what's going on. It just started blowing bulbs out of nowhere.

    Is there any rust along any of the wiring? Maybe check the fuses? Just taking shots in the dark. Are you sure you're using the correct bulbs?
