I have read a few things on here that people were wondering if the 2015 Tacoma OR factory mirrors were plug and play to aftermarket turn signal mirrors. I just installed these I found on eBay. They work perfect. No additional wiring was needed. Bolted up with no problems. I will say that the mirror cover is a gloss black. Which I didn't care for. I sanded mine then hit it with flat black.

Nice, so just to be clear the power adjusters work and the signals work?
Does the quality seem to be good?
Is mirror real glass and is it clear?
    Was the install very hard?
    Thanks

Each door took about 20 minutes to install the new mirrors. The power adjustment and signals work with plug and play. I can't tell a difference in the mirror quality compared to factory mirrors. I was pleased with the price and quality.

    Hey cool, I like those.
You find the quality high? Can't beat the price.
They fit well against the truck?

They fit snug against the truck like the factory ones. And the quality is good, considering this is the only aftermarket mirror I seen or used.

Yep. Haven't notice an increase in wind noise. Easy to install.

The covers comes in a gloss black. I sanded and rattle can mine in a flat black. The gloss just stood out against all the flat blank on my truck.

Fawk. My 14 off road dc was not prewired. Wires were in the door but received no voltage.

I have a 2015 OR. Mine was plug and play. That sucks. A little labor you should be able to run it through the door and to your turn signals (I would think).

Yep tapping into your taillight turn signals should do the trick for mirror signal blinkers

It's pretty odd that they ran the wires right up to the harness but don't seem to be hooked up on the other end. I've heard that from a few people now with the OR model

    Its true.
I saw the schematics and my pins that are on fuse box are empty. I even tested empty places with voltmeter and they flashed just no wiring to door plug to work.

Too bad, plug and play would have been nice.

Before I order the mirrors is there a way to tell if my truck is pre-wired an if it's plug an play?
