Turning off engine but radio keeps turning on

Last night I noticed that after turning the tacoma engine off the rafio kept coming bqck on, the keyfob wont lock/unlock the doors , it seems its staying on accesory mode or something like that. Any help? Ive seen a few threads on an similar issue but no one has posted a solution to that problem.

 

Do you make sure that it's in Park BEFORE you shut it off?

 

also, disconnect any aftermarket doodads, if you have them

 

I've said it in about all of these types of threads, but double-check your cig light ports. I had the same issue when I was charging my GoPro from the cigarette lighter port..once I unplugged it, things went back to normal.

 

I wonder if this has anything to do with the deletion of the entune app that Toyota did yesterday.

 

Already covered car in park and aftermarket accessories, so I have no further troubleshooting than bringing it to an old priest and a young priest.
