    Todays lesson is: make some push sticks.

    I was cutting a thin piece with the new table saw (which I couldn't get my hands on and didn't have a second push stick) and the kickback sent a projectile piece of oak directly into my shoulder which is now bruised and tender. Though I am glad it was not my head or my fingers. But I was wearing my eye and ear protection and I was using a push stick for the piece that went through.
