    If it is going to be a table, you can put a thin board on the downside. Use glue to press the slightly warped board on the sheet, weigh the entire assembly on what you are ABSOLUTELY sure is not warped.

    I would not inherently trust the squares to stay together as a tabletop anyway ... no offense to your remarkable skill.

    But I may be wrong ...

    EDIT: You will want a flat surface to glue to, if so. tricky pressing it flat while sanding for perfect fit.

    What about, wet it down then add weight to the bowed side while the wood is drying? It may dry flat.
