    Sadly you can add "Giant Japanese Hornet" to the list. Name is not an exaggeration ... people in the US have died. The hornet is only minimally deferred *sometimes* in its native land by a honeybee that smothers an individual and overheats it because the bee can tolerate 2 degrees more heat than the hornet.

    But they are here in the US.

    Yes they are. I have first hand experience with them. They infested a cabin I lived in. Someone I know got stung by one and the skin around it turned black. It was horrifying. :eek:

    Needless to say, I moved out. quickly.
