    It has become such a tourist mecca that conservationists must package controlled trips to prevent idiots from wandering blindly everywhere and taking home souveniers. But packages are available.

    I cannot imagine what goes through their minds. Are they feeling trapped by us, putting them in closed areas? Do they feel some small comfort not having to deal with the wild and its risks, having more food regularly than they would in the wild?
