TW: 2010 MT Access Cab base

I'm just trying to find out if selling my Taco here would be worth while and to see if it's worth what i'm asking. The family is getting bigger and this truck will no longer do it for my family and I. I really hate to sell my baby but priorities are priorities and there's no arguing with the wife on that.
It's a 2010 Silver Access Cab MT w/ 120,xxx miles, base model. I'm the original owner, i bought the car brand new in late 2009 w/ under 50 miles on it. The truck has been kept up with all regular maintenance and had a new starter installed about 5-10k miles ago. All mods were done with utility, towing and comfort in mind. Modifications include...
-Steel braided brake lines in the front. (rear is available but not installed)
-fat bobs AAL in the rear (front spacer available but uninstalled)
-K&N full Intake system w/ heat shield
-Optima Redtop battery
-URD Short shifter kit
-Curt hitch w/ trailer brake wiring installed
-Cruise control added
-Fog lights added
-HID headlights
-intermittent windshield wiper
-AMP research bed extender
-OEM rubber bed mat
-LED bulbs for 3rd brake light & map light
-Weathertech floor mats for front
