I suggested the stacked grille idea in the first place and my choice is #2 so suck a dick. Plus it is the only one where things line up. 3 is almost acceptable if the emblems / grilles were in line with each other. If three wins please consider this. I am assuming gold as previously suggested many moons ago.

I am with you on the subtlety. and will try to be more direct,in a polite and courteous manner.

My wife learned about 20 years ago to tell me "I want _____" rather than "Gee... ______ sure looks nice" etc.

I generally try not to be either too direct or overly sarcastic as she also has told me, more than once, "Try to play nice with others. You need to remember they have feelings that don't need to be trampled and if you are not careful you tend to sound like a condescending ASS."

She gets me.
