TW docs, advise for ridding bad sinuses and cough

for the last week i have had a sinus infection on top of a virus that has caused me to miss alot of school and alot of pain

im finally starting to get better, im drugged as hell but eh

the only things left are cloged sinuses with tons of mucus and a sore raspy throat with a cough, any reccomendations to help get rid of this?

i have to go to school tomorrow no matter how bad off i am because this shit has used my sick days and if i miss one more day i fail my senior year

i can be as doped up as ever and even be drowsy i just dont wanna feel like shit at school

so any OTC meds yall reccomend? and home made remedys?

what i usally do is drink "beer" its fluid
and they say drink lots of fluid....plus pain away abilitys
only problem is next day you fell worse.
if you dont want to smell like acholl then try vodka n oj best of both worlds
