I looked into it a bit, is it as plug n play as unichip, with the lack of footprint?

I think for simplicity and cost effectiveness, unichip is pretty sweet. If I was getting a supercharger OT a turbo and wanting to run E-85, I'd be all up in ecutek, ya know? I'll look around some more

one thing i like about the ECUTEK is that u dont have to add anything. u actually reflash the car's ECU. and before that happens u do download the original map so you can reinstall the factory map.

I'm curious if you can get a download map for the Unichip for E-85...I'm about to come in contact with some cash and the innovate stage 2 supercharger looks.....inviting.

was reading a thread and came across that question. said no, you cant use unichip for e-85. most the threads i was reading over on ft86club.com pretty much said that at first the unichip is good, but most end up gettin rid of it and going to ecutek. in fact one guy was selling his cuz its a pain in the ass to install

Hmmm it just seems the Ecutek is kind of a pain, with the whole license, sending back for remapping and shit.

u dont have to send it back for remapping. if u get the cable, u can email the logs back to whoever u got the tune from, they adjust and email you back the the updated tune. i know for a fact fa20club.com does this

any tune can be like that unless u are straight tuning with someone right then and there that knows what they are doing. even my UCON for my truck could be like that. or even when i had teh APR X-1.

they actually got a new policy here

Bought the OEM JDM armrest, speaker pads and knee pads. Best investment for the car I have made yet. Made the car much more comfortable being Six-one.

Hope you all have a stellar Christmas!
