BUMP! Im seriously considering a FR-S for a DD.

Was looking at them awhile ago before the after market took off. glad it has now!

Might go FI and keep it south of 350HP. Some vortex generators and a wing looks sexy on these cars!

So I may try something stupid. I think im going to pick up a salvage title FR-S. And when I LS swap my Taco, I think im going to 1GR-FE swap my FR-S :p add some URD goodies and for a relatively cheap price I can have a 410 HP FR-S.

I have too much free time on deployments to think of shit like this. Sounds like a good idea to me. :p

Originally got rid of an '07 tacoma for the FRS. I love my FRS but I missed the tacoma too much and wanted to get a second gen again before the third gens started rolling out. I got lucky and found a new 2015 trd pro inferno double cab with a 6sp manual transmission and took the plunge. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1437605127.714982.jpg

Would rather stay away from HIDs ... just looking for a better output from a different lamp and wondering if anyone swapped theirs yet.

If you are going to go with the trouble of swapping lamps might as well go with HID's. If not then just upgrade the bulbs to something a little better like Philips X-Treme Visions or GE Nighthawks.

heh it's a known complaint I guess .. I am not the only one who feels this way. I've been trying to outsource some brz headlights but damn they are pricey even used.
