    I will as tomorrow the office is closed. They have a air and wash station. The gas station/ deli is about a mile down the road. There is a food city about 10 miles in town. There is NO Walmart here so bring EVERY thing that you will need. Or papa will have it.

    There was a Walmart in Harlan last time I was there. Have you gone to the town of Harlan yet? Theres all kind of fast food, restaurants, Walmart, autoparts, stores...:confused::confused::confused:

    Yeah I was hoping for this. Otherwise I gotta pack food for 4 days and bring it 9 hrs from home. Hoping to be grilling some steaks and chicken breasts for everybody at least one night so having a place somewhat close to get fresh meat will be a huge plus

    guys i couldn't allow anyone to pay for my trip. even if it was covered if i happened to somehow break on the trail, repairs with no job would be a nightmare. much appreciated though!
    we'll see how it plays out. if i get a job before then i'm def in.

    and yes, the wally world isn't far at all from the park. i think like.. what mark, 25 min drive tops? i know from our camping spot a few mountains over it's 30 min off the mountain to there.
