Man I know the past SRRS I went to in Arkansas, it was like 40* and raining all day Saturday and it sucked. Haha trying to climb some steep ass hills to get a good spot to watch the races and the ground is just soaked and muddy so you couldn't sit down anywhere or anything. It was still fun but I was sick ass hell after that day. Hopefully it will rain up there a day or two before the weekend. Badass fully built 800hp buggies racing up slick rock mountain sides always provides good entertainment. Haha

    Beautiful Forecast!

    Shop closes @ 5:00pm

6 hour drive for me. Gid is going what...9 hours...is Craig still going, wonder what his drive is.

Current Friday Leave Work Time: 3:00pm

Desired Friday Leave Work Time: No Later than 1:00pm

Totally unrealistic Friday Leave Work Time: 11:00am

Hour lunch Friday takes me to 4. Got an hour today, takes me to 3. Hope get another hour tomorrow, takes me 2. At least 1/2 hour Wed and Thursday, takes me to 1.

Go home, take a shower, do some last minute shit and get going. I'd like to be headed to KY an hour after I get off work. Slowly getting things together as to avoid a last minute rush.

Anyone know how hard (if possible) it would be to get a teardrop camper up there to the camp location?

That's a pretty genius schedule you got there. Nice work son!!!
I haven't even thought about my bags. I'm still working on my truck. Worked everyday 2 weeks ago and got the ADD changed out, fluids changed, brake caliper changed, new brake pads on, brakes bled and tires mounted. Worked a lil bit everyday last week to finally have the fenders mounted sat and the whole front end of the truck put back together, the rear shock mounts fully welded yesterday and the front diff breather finished, then I made some half ass fender lining using the stock fender lining, mounted the ifs skid and cut my cab mount back even more today. I still gotta change my rear diff fluid, bleed my brakes again, do a rear diff breather, and get my tires rebalanced and a new alignment. oh and pack and try and not forget something. I'm fuckin wore out from workin on this fuckin truck
Just drive anyway. It only matters if you get pulled over so just don't get pulled over

It is possible, but could be fairly tough on the trailer.

While a good bit (to the campground up top) is like a rough national forest road with big enough rocks to make it bumpy going, there are however a few places around switchbacks that are fairly rutted and steep.

It can be done for sure, but by no means like hauling a camper up to Laurel Bed Lake.

The Aussies seem to have a handle on it...
