So we just heard from management about how well recovery is going and how business should be thriving, and every one of the sales guys, myself included, basically said during our presentations that, "yeahhhh, no that's not quite what it's actually like out there right now"

Supply chains are still fucked, staffing is still fucked, commodities prices are skyrocketing, budgets are still slashed.

 

I'll have commas either way, but yeah $50k a share would be pretty darn nice

Pool store minimal chlorineee. I walked in this morning and it feels empty. I get to sit here all day and answer the phone and now day actually we ran out over the weekend. Leslies has our own manufacturing, but we can’t get the raw materials for a lot of stuff. They sent out a 400 item pdf of things distribution center won’t have until late august. That email was 2 weeks ago lol.

Some of our overseas shipping has quintupled in price. We have containers sitting in the port of long beach that have been sitting there for months because there's nobody to unload them.

We're air-freighting some stuff as needed just to keep inventory, which is absolutely insane for our type of business.

 

I want both, so I can buy more, then sell.
