Worst case you fuck it up and dry it out, Just throw it in a crockpot to soften it up and shred it to use for tacos/quesadillas/whatever the hell you can think to put shredded meat in. My dad did that the last time he tried to smoke some brisket. He hasn't smoked anything since.

It's definitely the more entertaining and newsworthy option, so I'd say it falls right in line with how we all thought this was going to go

He never was going to. It was all just a plan so he could sell tesla at the top without it tanking like it should have. He loses a couple billion out of tens of billions and no hit on his reputation or any additions to his many manipulation cases and it's still a good deal for him

Guess I should start filling out that employment application. I talked to HR today and the position is open. I also found out the details of the job, such as starting salary, will be finalized through the Building Dept and not HR. Meaning I can probably get a bump to level 2 right out the gate. It will be a tough decision to make if I get the offer but I'm going to at least go through the interview process.

As far as the market goes. Yeah, it's gonna keep going down unless CPI, PPI both drop drastically which they won't and earnings are off the charts which they won't be.

I dont normally drink on gym nights...but i did a good enough job ill warrant myself one.

Ive fucked up a few hunks of meat on the Traeger...this was not one of them. Perfect tenderness.

Can i be accepted into the old man club now? I occupied the last hour of smoking with cutting the grass and trimming some tree branches. I must be at least 45 right?!
