My daughter played as bad as GME did today, but at least looked good doing it.




Although, she came within 4” of a hole in one, the rest of her round was marginal at best. A 4 putt and 3 putt to finish the 9, just doesn’t cut it.

 

Was the dorm on the southside of campus near downtown? I almost put my building preference as an apartment complex pretty close to downtown, but opted for the complex right next to the basketball arena up on the north side since its new building. (school is using two apartment complexes as dorms this year for some reason, and they are priced cheaper than traditional dorms)

 

haha yep. I think they got rid of my dorm now, or turned it into something else. It was Nye hall at the time.

Where I used to park is now another building.

 

Don't believe that was an option. I know they're re doing a lot of the old dorms and apparently some still don't have AC which is beyond me but I'm not the one runnin the show so what do I know. The school made the apartments less than a dorm and I'll have my own bedroom and bathroom with a full kitchen. I feel like they could've done the opposite and made people pay more for those nice amenities.

Lucky. I had to share 2 bathrooms on my floor with a couple dozen other dudes. Kitchens? what? You kids are getting spoiled lol.

My dorm was next to the one where they had the boiler explosion a year or so ago lol. Argento I think it was?

Interesting, Definitely noticed that area had some older buildings when I was there, although they didn't mention the boiler explosion lol. Hopefully I won't have to worry about that since my building will be less than one year old, but then again, that'll be the buildings first time through the ringer. That location would be nice though considering proximity to buildings that have classes I'll be taking. Also the new Rec Center and Union are pretty insane. Seems like the north side of campus has most of the newer buildings and south side has the traditional university style stuff.

 

I need to take a drive down there and see what's changed. I think you're right, North of the college is where all the new stuff is going up. There was a ton of construction going on when I graduated and that was over a decade ago now.

First time I ever played was with packed rails and I was around 25 and shitfaced with all my degenerate phish friends around. I had no clue what I was doing but just went with it, put down $50 and 30 min later had won about $1k and I walked. So many pissed off older folks, especially the croupier. I still don’t really know how to play lol

 

My $GME shares are safely home with Fidelity already. Took about 36 hours I need to call them today though, the shares from RH are showing as ‘margin’ while my existing Fidelity shares are ‘cash’

 

I called about that too. I basically just had to wait until everything was 100% settled. Fidelity's customer service is outstanding

yup! I just pretended to not know what that was, let them explain it to me, and then ask them to wipe it.

Ready for another blood red day...I’m slowly bleeding to death with almost no action. Down $1k a day for 30 days on avg. Mind you there’s about $10k in calls that’s vaporized but man is it a slow bleed.

Yeah...IDK what to do...I mean I own at $0.14 so it's fine but it's a sell and buy back candidate at this point...It's lost me about $12K in value in a month
