0 for 1 on Fidelity Customer Service - since the transfer just went through they said they can't switch it from Margin to Cash until at least Tuesday, so I need to call back. He also would not waive the $75 fee and blamed RH saying it was a debit from them. Hopefully I'll get a nicer rep on Tuesday who will waive it

Can you please help me understand the screenshot attached, I keep seeing this referenced "transferred to GTII transfer agent for direct registration".

What exactly does this mean?

At first I thought it was to exercise and purchase BUT that's seems silly at this point when its "out of the money" and just making a direct share purchase would render a great return if things progress +.

My understanding is that is just moving the warrants from your current broker to Liberty, who is the transfer agent for GTII. That allows the company to issue them directly to you via book entry and removes the possibility of any shady business/etc... that could happen if held by TDA, etrade, fidelity, whomever

No, it's still pretty confusing because I contacted TD and they sent me a form for transferring TO TD....not from...and I most certainly don't want anyone thinking I want to exercise them now
