    Just checked out your tripod pic, something is definitely keeping you from drooping, your sway bar could be part of it, but I'd looks at your ball joints and bushings to see if something is binding... Try mounting a snow plow on the front, and see it it gets softer too, haha.

    LCA's could be over torqued and binding the bushings..... seen it happen before.

    They need to be loosened for alignment. Believe the proper torque is 110# :notsure:

    I have no clue what actual droop numbers should be. I was just saying if your LCA's no droop the torque could be an issue.
