    Here are the ribsI baked tonight, I took them out of the oven then I covered them with a rootbeer bbq reduction. I intentionally did not coat one of them so that you could see what they looked like without sacue. I put them back in the oven for a bit....

    I have 2 grills and a smoker, and I guarantee you that you have had baked ribs before..... trust me on that one!!!! But on the other hand I wanted something a little different. The last 100 racks of ribs I smoked for like 8 to 12 hours depending on the event. That is why I was going for the oven baked.
