    x2 those should be outputs. *edit, just saw your post* check your tv settings for output?

    But also... you should be using HDMI for surround. It's like 8-track vs digital.

    Any sound from the tv speakers ?

    Sometimes you have to select that it uses the rear jacks instead of the tv speakers in an option menu
