Got it in one day

Will do... probably be a week or two before it gets installed. Have to get the new shaft built first.

It's a sold bearing so some vibes will be transfered to the fame, very important to get the shaft centered within the bearing assy. Also, like BGR stated; it can help to put rubber shims between the frame and carrier.

If it's done just right it is possible to avoid the 55-68 vibe.

Been doing as much research on the subject as possible. I'm not a driveline guru by any means and there really isn't a lot of information out there. When I talk with the local 4x4 driveline shop next week some more info will follow.

This would be my 3rd carrier bearing replacement, had it with the rubber POS.

 

Really want to keep the two piece for wheeling due to the loss of clearance with the one.

One way or another, a vibe free, solid CB set up will be manufactured and run.
