    I thought that as long as the vehicle was in motion, the parking pawl would not be able to engage? I know for a fact that crown vics will not lock into park until the vehicle stops forward movement. All you will hear is a loud "clicking" sound as the pawl is trying to engage but can't due to rotation.

    Either way.....SUCKS!
