Sooooo....my dad tells me the other day that we'll have a guest on thanksgiving. He then told me his name and it sounded REALLY familiar. Turns out the three time worlds strongest man is coming to my house on thanksgiving.

Would anyone be interested in a write up on repurposing ABS Hard cases. Meaning Pelican Cases and the similar.

What I mean by this is how to seal up holes and the like from when people drill holes and the other.

Basically I could do a small pictorial and write up on plastic welding and using a Hot Glue Gun to fix these cases making them water proof again.

If there is no interest I will leave it alone. But being able to buy cases used and being able to fix them is awesome in my book.

I picked up a couple cases for ~$25 each vs a few hundred Just because the previous owners thought they were toast at that point.

 

I know how to plastic weld but I'm sure if you post it people will read it. Where and what size did you get the cases?
