    No the operator is in the cab. This guy was crawling around while the operator was inside. I'd say the operator makes no less than $75 an hour. 2 of em on site at all times 6 days a week.

    apparently i made too much money....
    i always almost break even

    AND YES but had no idea it would be that much tax considering i had the 10% withheld at time of payment
    my math is not so good....
    i figured with the 3 and 1/2 months of being out of work....no unemployment, that, that would offset the amount taken as a hardship withdrawal....:eek:
    i think i am going to review it tonight and see if i missed something
    and if not i am going to go spend the cash and hire an accountant....
    so i missed out on 23k and change for the 3and a half months out of work and took a withdrawal of 30k = me :mad:
