    Has anyone done the "plunge for Landon" thing that's going around? My roommate and I just did it. 63 degrees outside and the water was 51. It wasn't bad. The girls that went before us were freaking out!

    It'll disorient you very quickly....in SpecOp training they would bring us to the point of blackout to find how well your body could handle certain conditions during water survival training......things get surreal quickly...

    I was swimming down in the bay in front of our house and went a bit further out than I usually do , by the time I got back I was struggling to walk back to the house , i just laid down on the floor and basically passed out as soon as I got in the door , my wife came home and threatened to call an ambulance if I didn't go with her to the hospital , they put me in a warming blanket for a while at the hospital and I had to stay there for a couple hours

    It was an eye opener
