GRILLED BACON CORN ON THE COB
**DIRECTIONS**
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Sprinkle each ear of corn with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and wrap each ear with 2 slices of bacon, covering the ear as completely as possible. (A big ear might need 3 pieces of bacon.) Wrap the ears in aluminum foil, twisting the ends tightly to seal.
Place the wrapped corn on the preheated grill, and grill on high heat until the corn is hot, about 10 minutes per side. Turn the heat to Low, and grill the corn until the bacon is cooked and the corn is tender, about 45 minutes.

Good eye Jake. I bought a new place up here recently. Couldn't get acreage, big ass garages and RV areas in Poway for under a mil.

 

I had heard you moved up there, it was right before the big fires if I remember right, Poway is expensive for sure, san diego is expensive in general.

16 days???? It's not til mid October. I can wait tho. I've been murdering tuna and dorado and it's not slowing down anytime soon so plenty if time before the ducks start dying

 

Crap, I got my months mixed up, October 19th is opening if I remember correctly.
Some good fishing sounds nice, wish I could make it out there for a week or so and fish, but work won't allow it.
