    Welcome to Toyota quality...where it's a myth and not a reality.

    I sold my Y pipe to a guy who had similar issues, but way higher mileage.

    Remove all 4 cats....never have that problem again.

    NJ emissions just puts a computer on the dash and reads the engine data.

    Cat sim takes care of that.

    Skids block the rest.

    or just drive around with an expired inspection sticker like I do... last week I was driving all around with no rear bumper, no exhaust (just stock manifolds), and no inspection sticker. Can't beat being a clean cut white guy in my county.......cops have much worse things to worry about here.
