MrsTACO has excellent cursive handwriting.

I print everything.

 

I print in all capitals usually unless I'm writing " chocolate ice cream " on my wife's grocery list , then I try to make it look like her writing

20 years ago, my mom taught Calligraphy to my 6th grade class in a Calligraphy guild for Renaissance week. I still use part of it in my signature.

My mom use to do it all the time. She worked for one of the Hospitals here in Phoenix doing hospital birth certificates or something like that when I was a baby.

Calligraphy is really a dieing art.

 

Interesting. I guess that's a good thing. I started writing how I do now in 5th grade. My lower case being shorter capitals, if I bother at all, never went over well.

Didn't care though.

 

Nice cursive is also. I love seeing letters written by my grandparents.

 

Guess it depends on where you live. They don't teach it in school here anymore. At least not on my child school.

That's really cool actually. Wish it wasn't that way, even along with cursive. Started trying it since the discussion started and holy shit, outta practice.

 

There was no cursive writing for me after 3rd grade! I can still write cursive but not very well... And my signature is about the only thing I can write cursive... But youd never be able to read it and it is different every time I sign my name...
