Call up Carver Pump Co. and order a shiny new split casing pump with 300lb flanges.

 

Lighter flanges won't match that bolt pattern. That's a heavy flange on there so you would have to either stick with that or cut the flanges off the suction and discharge to mate up a 150lb flange pump.

My kinda place! I used to design and test prototype and production water pumps for navy ships. I liked it.

 

We had a 20" centrifugal pump that pumps 2500 gallons per minute blow a hose and pump water all over the shop. Everyone panicked because of the hose flailing around and didn't get it shut off right away so at least a couple hundred gallons went all over.
